While „My Name Is Nobody“ feels like a step down from the grandeur of Leone’s spaghetti Westerns, that’s part of the point, and part of the charm. Nevertheless it is based on an idea by Sergio, and in its mix of the absurd, the non-sensical, and the tragic dimension of its core theme it is a journey worth the ride. Henry Fonda. Terence Hill. The soundtrack. And a film rarely fails with a dog in the first scene.
