Refreshing midsummer drink

For a glass:

1 lime
Some cane sugar
Several ice cubes
Mineral water


Squeeze the lime, press it through a fine sieve, pour it into the glass, add some cane sugar, then ice cubes and fill up with mineral water. A peppermint leaf is perfect for rounding off the taste and appearance.
